We were relocating to Pearland TX from Tennessee and she was able to handle everything for us down here with us only being able to come down to Texas one time for the process. Ken was simply the best. We found out we had to move due to company relocation and Ken was not only knowledgeable about our housing market but also the relocation aspects and what we needed to do. He walked us through every step and made sure to answer all of our questions. When we finally listed the house it was a smooth and easy process. He talked us through all the offers, gave honest feedback on each, but always made it clear that it was our decision. He even went as far as to contact the relocation agency we were using to make sure all aspects of the contract we chose were within policy. Could not have asked for a better agent. Relocation is always tough but Ken made sure that we never had a worry about selling the house from introduction through closing.
