Kenny was great throughout the entire process. He was available after hours and on weekends when we had questions. This was especially helpful when repairs were unexpectantly needed and the repairmen I had previously worked were too busy to get to my house for weeks. Kenny found licensed professional contractors to get to my house right away and complete the jobs in days. With his knowledge of the market we listed it well above what I had planned and ended up getting 25K above asking price. He took care of everything including getting professional photos of the property and setting us up for a quick sale well above asking price.
