Kendall demonstrated good knowledge of the local area market and the process of selling my home. She provided good communication and checked in with me as we went along. She provided suggestions on selling price but also accommodated my wishes and provided feedback. My work schedule impacted my timetable for the sale and Kendall was understanding of my needs re: timing of all the tasks associated with the sale. She offered assistance in various aspects of my move, e.g. by providing a complementary session with an organizer who was able to provide guidance on downsizing, organizing and deciding on what to keep and what to give/sell of my personal belongings. She helped coordinate various inspections and offered to meet people at the home when I was unable. She provided good emotional support expressing an understanding of the stress I was under not only with the sale of the home but my retirement and plans to move to Florida, any of which would be anxiety inducing.
