I am a licensed Real Estate agent since 2004. I am licensed in Florida (With Keller Williams Island Life), Ohio and Michigan (With Howard Hanna). I run of team of 10 agents who are all devoted to our clients. I'm highly experienced in several areas of OH- Toledo & suburbs, Port Clinton, Catawba, Marblehead, Fremont and Sandusky as well as the Southern areas of Michigan (Adrian/Blissfield all the way over to Monroe) and more recently have added Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto Counties and surrounding areas of SW Florida (Venice, North Port, Sarasota, Englewood, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Nokomis). Communication and negotiating ability are my specialties and I enjoy working with buyers and sellers, alike. I want to be your real estate consultant for life, not just for a single transaction. Community Involvement

Together with my husband, we've formed the Judy Retter Furbaby Fund. We collect items and money for local rescue animals, especially dogs, throughout the year. We host events and dedicate a portion of each closing to the Fund, which is dispersed annually to area rescue organizations.

HOBBIES/INTEREST

I love tennis, working out, reading and watching all sports- especially football. We spend a lot of time spoiling our two dogs.

FAMILY

My husband works directly with me, as does my oldest son Nicholas (licensed in and working on my team in OH). I have another son, Jake, who just graduated from college. My parents live in Fort Myers and we enjoy spending as much time as possible with them. My husband's family all live in the southeast Michigan area.

Amanda was excellent she was very helpful, happy, very well spoken just simply amazing thanks Amanda... It was pretty hard finding a home to rent not with her compassion and determination she helped my family she did all the paperwork and you can hear the excitement in her voice which made my day also she was quick to respond and reply she is just a all round happy and helpful energetic person she Clearfiyed things I didn't understand she took her time with us which is also amazing I would recommend Amanda to everyone who's looking to buying, selling or even renting..

LYNDA IS THE BEST!! I had to go through my homebuying process for 2 years and had 4 prior realtors before I met Lynda. I would say if I had met Lynda first, I would have been set. Marshall did an amazing job helping my husband and I find our forever home. We were a little worried with the current housing market but Marshall worked around the clock making he sure he stayed on top of listings for us and really came through with everything we had hoped for in a home.
