We couldnt think of a better realtor for us! Kens 20+ years of experience was a great fit for finding us a downtown home in Mebane! Ken seemed to always have the inside scoop that was able to keep us one step ahead in a quick market. As first time home buyers we repeatedly heard that the experience would be challenging and overwhelming. We contacted Ken, initially, based on a positive online review; we worked with him to sell our last home and buy our current one. I really can't say enough good things about Ken. The photos he took of our home, for our listing, were beautiful; they looked as if they belonged in a magazine. Ken is knowledgeable, very personable, endlessly patient and very generous with his time. There were several showings that we had to bring our children with us and he "entertained" them while we looked at the homes. Ken answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling and buying a home is challenging enough but Ken made the process as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend him!
