1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Never rely on what the internet shows you. Find a reliable and determined real estate agent (like me) who will listen to what you are looking for and find it for you.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Marketing is 80% price. In other words, make sure your home is priced correctly and it well sell fast and for the most money.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
First-time home buyers. Relocation clients. Down-sizers. Up-sizers. etc....
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently, we were able to help a veteran buy his first house. The feeling we got from helping him is like none other. Knowing that he put his life on the line every day for our country and our freedom was amazing. Serving those who serve very rewarding.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
Started in 2002 by going to an open house one day looking for a home for my wife and I. The realtor that was hosting it said to me that I would make a good realtor. I said something to my wife about it later that night and low and behold it has changed our lives forever. In 2014 my wife, Carolee, got her real estate license and we proudly say that we absolutely love working together to help our clients.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
The ongoing training that Keller Williams offers is tops in the industry. Also, I myself teach a lot of classes in our office to help out the new agents coming in.

We worked with Carolee primarily. We were referred to her by a friend. Carolee took time to get to know us, and to get to know what we were looking for and what we wanted in our new home. She took time to look through the inventory before just signing us up for the MLS listings.
