Kelly Rosales

Being born and raised in Hickory Hills and currently residing in Justice, Kelly's knowledge of the Southwest suburbs is immense. Kelly is forthright and not afraid to be candid. Having years of experience as a legal secretary with a prestigious Chicago Real Estate law firm, Kelly's knowledge of Real Estate transactions is tremendous. Her years of managing one of Chicago's top REO Real Estate Brokerage's, has refined her skills. This has allowed Kelly to establish long standing relationships with, bankers, lawyers, appraisers, home inspectors, municipalities and contractors just to name a few. After years of encouragement from her mentor, family and friends, she transitioned into traditional Residential Real Estate sales with a promise to herself to set the highest standard possible in the industry.
With each Seller client, it is her priority to understand their needs and plan to accomplish their goals in the most cost-effective manner. She holds Certifications in Staging Consultation, Pricing Strategy Adviser and Seller Representative Specialist. Kelly will implement a strategic marketing plan to effectively position their home in the marketplace to standout above the competition and achieve a beneficial sale.
While representing buyers Kelly has a deep respect for their time. She closely listens and helps them refine and efficiently manage their search. Once their ideal home is identified Kelly diligently works to obtain the most favorable terms possible. Staying in touch long after the closing, as a resource that extends well beyond Real Estate Sales.
Outside of working in Real Estate, Kelly is an active resident of the Justice community. She serves as the President of the Justice Lion's Club and is a member of the Justice Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, motorcycle riding, snowmobiling, camping, concerts, wine tasting and attending festivals and parades all around Chicagoland.
