    About Kelly Pine

    I have been a full-time Realtor for eleven years. I work alone - I am not part of a big team, so you can be assured that you will be working with me directly from start to finish. I sell $5M to $7M per year, which is about 15-20 homes per year. I am typically working a few deals at a time, which benefits all of my clients because I am constantly in the market - I know how values are changing, how the mortgage industry is changing, and what competitive negotiating tactics are being used at any time. I work with both Buyers and Sellers. When I work with Buyers, I am critical of homes - pointing out flaws or other concerns, such as location, as well as presenting comparable sales to help my clients understand value. I assist Buyers to write extremely competitive offers, which has translated to an excellent track record of getting offers accepted. When I work with Sellers, I make many suggestions to prepare homes for market. I believe in exceptional photography as the basis of an impressive marketing package. Most Buyers are viewing home listings on their cellular phones, so the photos really have to tell a story. I have a strategy to get homes sold quickly, and at top price. Not only is price important, but I understand how intrusive selling your home can be. The less time Sellers have to leave their home, the better! For many homeowners, their house is their single largest investment. I work hard to maximize proceeds for Sellers. Having managed many Buy/Sell transactions, I can advise you on timing, and how to negotiate both deals to ensure you are moving directly to your new home, not to temporary housing in between. Covid-19 has changed the Real Estate market. There is a greater shortage of inventory than ever before. That combined with record low interest rates, there has never been a better time to buy and sell. I take Covid-19 very seriously and I adhere to the local and state mandates to protect the health of all. The pandemic has made homes more important than ever before. The role of home has expanded to include workplace, school, eatery, gym, and home entertainment. While any Realtor can "show you houses" it takes a seasoned professional to advise and assist you through the entire process. My business is built on return/repeat customers and their referrals. The only way that sort of business is successful is by impressing your clients not just at the beginning of a relationship, but all the way through to the closing and after. Before becoming a Realtor, I had a career in Buying - I worked in apparel and in Books, where I was responsible for up to $50M in annual sales, spanning 1000+ stores nationwide. I was also fortune to spend eleven years at home raising my children. I attended the University of Michigan, where I studied Philosophy and Psychology. Now I root for many school colors - my daughter is an MSU grad and current medical school student, one son is at WMU, and another is at U of M. Go Blue, go green, go brown & gold!
