I have been looking for property for years now and decided it was time to start looking out of state due to being so close to retirement age. I was recommended Kelly Niles, and so glad that I was! She listened to every detail that my significant other and I were looking for in a place to call home away from home. Because of her knowledge and skills in real estate, it wasn't long before we found the one to call our permanent home. And just to think it only took us six months to find the house we were looking for and complete the closing while living out of state! Oh, and she made herself available every single chance she had when we would travel to look at houses. I would recommend Kelly Niles wholeheartedly to those who are thinking about doing the same thing!
