Mr. Lewis Gunari was not only able to find me the home of my dreams, but I was able to negotiate a contract below the amount of money I wanted to spend. Lewis left no stone unturned, was always available to answer any questions, and was very patient in being sure that my list of wants were satisfied. In addition, Mr. Gunari's past experience in mortgage banking was extremely helpful in the process of purchasing my home. I ran into a few problems with my bank because I had switched jobs a few months prior. In spite of being in the same industry for 25 years, the bank put up numerous roadblocks. Not being familiar with lending rules and regulations, Lewis helped me with the lender representative conquer these barriers with ease.
