Kelly was an excellent advocate for us throughout what turned into a long and complicated sale in a tough time for the market. We were connected with Kelly through our loan officer with Zillow and were quite happy with that recommendation. As first time homebuyers, Kelly walked us through each step of the process all the way from showings to closing. There were some tough decisions we had to make along the way during our buying process and Kelly helped us understand our options without pushing us too hard one way or the other on our choices, and without trying to sell us on anything. She was also very responsive every time we had a question.
