Not only was she able to get the bid accepted within a few hours of offering, she was able to navigate a very anxious first time buyer through the process with ease.The most amazing part is her determination to get answers. Our builder was not very responsive to repeated calls and texts, but Kelly stayed on it until we were able to get the answers we need.I would HIGHLY recommend Kelly for anyone looking to buy in the area.

Kelly was referred to us by a realtor were knew from Reno. I reached out to her and she responded right away. After a series of texts and by 10pm that night we were talking on the phone. She was already creating a profile of features we wanted in a home. She told us to pick a few out and we'd go look that weekend. A month later we closed on our house! She is so knowledgeable that while we were looking at one house she was refining her search and reaching out to other realtors about other possible listings. She zoned right in on what we were looking for. Also she listened to what we wanted and helped us look for homes in areas we haven't even considered. We truly appreciate Kelly! She went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was very responsive and did an amazing job negotiating!

She works very hard and truly listens to her clients in order to place you in your dream home and or sell your current one. I could not meet with her for my husband and I were located out of State. She stayed in touch with us for about a year and 1/2. Calling to check to see how we were doing. Never any pressure, just letting us know she is here for us when we need her. ZillowVERIFIEDThis gal kicks a$$. We decided to buy a 2nd home in ID and I'm a real tough taskmaster (admittedly). She spoiled us. The whole process was so fluid and easy that when I went to buy another home down in CA I ended up firing the broker I had used for 20 years. Additionally, I had some issues with the HOA which could not have been foreseen and Kelly went above and beyond, 6 months after we closed, to assist me in that too. Just can't say enough..If you're from out of state and don't understand ID market, make sure you understand the difference in quality of builders ie reputation because the disparity between bulk vs quality builders is night and day. We chose to pay more for a house that was built far better and will retain it's value!
