Hi! My name is Ken Anderson and I am 72 years old. I am writing this letter in hopes of finding someone to represent me with my legal matters. A little about me. I'am under heavy medical assistance. I have liver damage, diabetes, Parkinson and I'm 80,% deft. I was married to my ex for 10 years and never saw what going to happen. I was in the hospital having a liver procedure done on my liver. While I was in the hospital she abandoned me from the hospital she came back to our marital home and she took all the titles to all the vehicles she took all the documents to our miracle home she even took my car and left her daughter's house in Georgia it's been a year and six months and now she wants to take me to court have me removed from this house.she also wants 60% of whatever the house sells for and I get 40% and I've been taking care of this property for a year-and-a-half she has not lend any money to help support the home or utility bills I've been doing this on my own on a fixed income. When she left she took $2,500 of our monthly income away from this household. She also went down tour thank and I have signed paperwork by her signature and my signature is not on it and she took out $20,000 to pay bills off and and clean the slate and she never did and she does not know what happened to the money. I'm having to face court and her lawyer in Murphy round August 24th and I'd love to find someone to represent me keep me in my home because I am under medical assistance I gave him all of my medical records and they're pretty intense so but I'm only complaining that she hasn't done anything and I've been doing it all on a fixed income and now she wants me out and she wants 60% of the home I do want to sell the house don't get me wrong with the market is dead right now because of the virus. I hope this gives you some idea what I'm up against not only facing death with my liver which a doctor is giving me a year to live. Now I need some legal help to help me get through this nightmare I was willing to go into court by myself I've got all my documentation all my pay stubs for the last 15 years even though I'm retired.
