Kelly's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and licensed real estate broker. Kelly also holds the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist designation) and has won numerous awards for her real estate production.

In 2010 Kelly and her business partner, Christer Holmquist, formed The Holmquist Group. Their Mission Statement: To provide a higher standard of real estate based on Integrity, Experience, Teamwork and Commitment to Total Satisfaction for our Buyers and Sellers.
