At our initial meeting, Kelly helped us to set reasonable selling price expectations based on recent sales and current number and locations of comparable homes. Her team included a home staging expert who recommended valuable changes from a potential buyers viewpoint to further enhance the marketability of our home. Her real-estate photographer took exceptional photos that were included in the MLS listings and in a take-away brochure for potential clients who participated in an open house event to easily remember the highlights of our house.
