We're from out of state and were fortunate to meet Kelly in our online search for an agent. He did a GREAT job of finding options for my wife and I to consider, and gave great advice with solutions every step of the way. We ended up finding the perfect place and for the right negotiated price. Kelly Dather is an amazing real estate agent . I called him to show me a home (which was already sold) and within two weeks had found a beautiful new home to buy in an extremely hot market. Kelly was a huge asset for us in 2021. In our situation we were looking to downsize after 28 years. As we began searching for new homes Kelly asked if we had considered building a new home. We had not. He helped us throughout the entire home building process and was there at all the meetings with the home builder. He was a big help to us as he had been through the process himself.After our new home was completed and our move was done, we began the process of listing our old home with Kelly. He had great suggestions for marketing our home and also took great photos. After two days on the market we had multiple offers over listing price. We received more than we ever expected.We were completely satisfied with the Kelly during the entire buying and selling experience!
