We specialize in sales in the 55+ communities of NW Phoenix. My husband and I work a lot with trustees or absentee owners (many of whom we have never met in person) to get the property cleaned, repaired and ready for market. Many of our absentee sellers never need to come to AZ.
I had a call from a seller who had been listed with another agent for 120+ days without a successful sale. The seller chose to list her home with me and due to our make ready suggestions and 5-Star marketing, we had it under contract in 12 days with a cash buyer and closed in 28 days.
