She always found time for us (we had plenty of "can we see the house today?" requests), and works above and beyond any other realtor I know. She gave great insight into the pros and cons of homes, advice on how to fix household problems, and gave some terrific references for household needs (painters, handyman, lawn care specialists, etc...). Beyond her hard work and dedication to finding the best home possible for us, she is an absolute delight to work with. She has a wonderful personality and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIEDFantastic!! I was so lucky to find Kellie on Zillow. I bought property and she's on top of it through the whole process. She advised me on the offer price and she was right on. My offer was accepted with no counter offer. I'm a city girl buying country property and she is very knowledgeable. She made sure that the home inspection included testing the well water for bacteria. There are grazing opportunities and she made sure I have the name of the person who has been grazing his cows on the property There are dates in the agreement that need to be met such as inspection approval, loan approval and she is on top of them to make sure nothing passes so the seller can cancel. I need to know about my water rights and how to protect them and she got the paperwork. After the home inspection she made sure we had receipts to prove what was done. The seller has equipment in the barn that she is helping me negotiate to purchase. She is giving me resources nearby to purchase furniture. She responds to my e-mail and phone calls the same day. Call her!

She provided a seemingly endless supply of listings tailored to us. She spent weeks touring homes with me and my baby boy while my wife was at work, then turned around and toured the good ones again with my wife on nights and weekends. She was on call for us day and night. She showed her knowledge of the Billings market, pros and cons of the various neighborhoods, and new vs. old construction.
