Particularly if it is one for the long haul and one which is one of the biggest investments in one's lifetime, like buying a house. I was a first-time home buyer, someone who has been watching the markets, saving my money for down payment and is ready to make the leap towards home ownership. Except I was very afraid of the nerve wrecking process, simply because I was not educated on how real estate and home buying goes.
