Kelley Ann Ayers

Kelley Ann and Katheren are fifth generation Floridians from Tampa Bay living most of their lives on the waterfront. The sisters started their real estate careers after moving to the Sarasota area in the 1990's as assistants to the most successful real estate team in Sarasota county and in the one percentile among realtors nation-wide; their parents Annette and Albert Ayers.

Kelley and Kathy are second generation Sarasota area Realtors with over twenty years in the business each! They are consummate professionals with deep local knowledge.

Kelley has recently been appointed by the Sarasota County Commissioners to the prestigious Sarasota County Inland Waterways Advisory Board.

Throughout their careers The Ayers Team has closed over $150 million in residential sales throughout the Sarasota area. Their sales range from modest homes in Venice to very high end waterfront estates on Casey Key. They have sold several homes multiple times, one in particular they sold four times!
