Corey could not have made it easier for my girlfriend and I through the process of buying our first house. We wanted to talk to a few realtors before making a decision on who to proceed with. Corey was that first, and only, realtor we met with. We knew from the moment we met him he was who we wanted to go with. Not only is his attitude incredibly positive, he was also realistic. He set very clear expectations with us up front, didn't let us offer too much if he didn't think it was worth it, and provided us with an incredible wealth of knowledge that we did not have prior. Corey didn't hesitate once to meet us at a property we wanted to go see. Not only that - he scouted the place out in-person before we even went! Another example that he never wasted our time. He promised from day one we would end up in our dream house, and he held true to his word. I am super grateful that we met Corey, and I expect our friendship will continue long past the purchase of our first home.

Corey Zucker was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local market. My husband and I were looking for a rental property and Corey is very familiar with how fast properties are selling and is a great negotiator. We purchased our home twenty years ago and were not used to such a sellers market. With little experience in this market, Corey helped us understand what the process would be like.
