Kimberly did an amazing job with assisting my wife and I in the purchase of our first home We were introduced to Kimberly by a close friend and have not once had any regret. When we first met her, she immediately wanted to know what we were looking for in a home and she consistently sent us listings that was closest to what we were looking for. She told us that if we were too busy, she would be willing to go and take a look at the property in our absence and let us know if it was worth going to look at. This to me was absolutely commendable just the very fact that she offered when she didnt have to. She displayed professionalism at all times while still being very friendly and not allowing us to feel intimidated during this process. When the offer was placed, Kimberly stayed in constant communication with the sellers agent and when the person with the highest offer backed out, right away she contacted us and encouraged us to make a little more offer. She knew how much I loved the property and that I was disappointed when I heard our offer was not accepted. Would I recommend Kimberly? Without a doubt!!!
