The house suffered water damage in the Feb 2021 Texas freeze, and our claim remained unsettled until just before we needed to relocate. We trusted Keith with the home sale after we moved out of state - I'm not sure we would have trusted any other realtor to that level.

He was super knowledgeable about the area. He asked us a lot of questions so he knew what recommendations he needed to give. He was confident in negotiations when I was ready to give in he stood strong and ended up getting us what we wanted. When we settled on a fixer upper, he was able to give us great recommendations on contractors etc. Keith went above and beyondaEUR|and his staff did as well. They gave us certified letters so we could register my kids in school. Basically, they came through on everything we asked. Talk about service after the sale--he kept in touch the entire time we owned the home, advised us and gave references for contractors to assist in repairs (hello, Valentine's day freeze!), and guided us through difficult decisions. Keith also flips houses and advised us on improvements that could help in the sale of the home. We have moved several times so have utilized many realtors over the years. Keith is by far the best we've had.
