When I needed a realtor to sell my condo I googled "Best Realtor in Port Aransas". Keith was #1. I can tell you from my own experience google was absolutely RIGHT! He communicated with me throughout the listing and the sale. My place was on the market LESS than a month. His skill of advertising and getting buyers is the BEST. I got a low bid and he took command and got me 14k MORE! He walked me through step by step and never left me with questions unanswered. I can not say a negative thing about my experience. I live 3000 miles away so trusting him with every aspect of the sale was HUGE! NEVER LET ME DOWN! If you want to sell your property this is the guy for you! -- Tara

I can not say enough wonderful things about the realtor (Keith) . Communication is key for me, I am 3000 miles away from my property and never did I feel like I needed to ask. He would text or call and give me updates all the time. He got my buyer to go UP 14K! His photos and advertisement of my property brought the buyers in. Not to mention he is well respected by other realtors in the area, which means the communications between you and your buyer are much easier. He had a buyer for me in less than a month! If you want your place sold and quick! Then Keith is the realtor for you. The only down side- my place sold so quick, I can't call him my realtor anymore.
