Where do I start!? Joelle Zimpel is an amazing Realitor and caring person. She literally never EVER left me waiting! She ALWAYS got me to the houses I wanted to see in a timely manor! She also replied to me right away. She made my first home buying experience the best! I was connected with Joelle on April 16th to do an in-person tour on a house my boyfriend and I were seriously interested in. We were hoping to view the home as soon as possible with the market the way it is and that the home had an offer in. Joelle said she was unable to show the home on April 17th (which I didnt realize was actually Easter so totally understandable) but she said she was going to find one of her team members to hopefully show us and she would give me a call back. It is now April 20th and she has not returned any texts or phone calls from me. We were also interested in a few different homes in the area but she lost us as clients. Some kind of realtor.
