I had the pleasure of dealing with Keith on both the selling and buying of property. *First, he was my pick out of four other realtors because of the time he took with me upon our first meeting. He is the type of person that just makes you feel like hes a friend but very professional. He was the only one that sat there and explained all the paperwork, stuff we had to get done and how he determined the list price. Who also came in at highest asking price! My house sold the very day it posted on computer and the bid was OVER the list price!! Keith was by my side throughout the whole home, sewer and code inspections. I had some stressful moments but Keith would step in, reassure me everything is going to be alright and did whatever he could on his end to make it easier on me. *Second, I asked Keith to help my son get a home for his family and myself. This was no easy task at all!!! Houses we liked already would have bids, or didnt match up to what was shown on listing and Keith had to find a house 3 adults liked!!! Needless to say, we had our moments and I didnt think it would be possible to find a place we all liked!!! And,my 2 year old just loved Keith!!! *Today, I am happy to say that I just put the down payment on a house Keith found for us!!!!! Its beautiful and perfect!!! SMH, KEITH DID IT!!!!! *Thank you so much Keith Hennon!!!!
