I was not happy with Mr.Henley, he listed my house for sale in belmont and brought me a buyer that totally low balled my asking price, and let that individual look at my house for 2 hour's while I had no where to go but in my car for 2 hours! And mind you it's a 2 bedroom 2 bath house Then wanted to show it again to this idiot for a second showing and I refused,and glad I did cause he finally told me he wanted to put a offer on my house later to find it was less then 1/2 the price I had it listed for! And Keith argued with me for not wanting to let that guy see it again, I told him 2 hour's was enough putting my dog and my son and I out for 2 hours cause we had no where to go with our dog! What a joke that was. Then I moved out of state while my house was still listed with Keith and I told him I was moving out of state and he promised to go by my house once a week to make sure everything was OK with my house saying he is in belmont every week,,, he let a inspector go in my house using the lock box to get into my home and leaving my home wide open, not locked, windows open,air conditioning on set at 73 degrees costing me over 650 dollar in a utility bill and it was left all the way open 3 out of 4 doors were not locked at all and one door literally open! Not checked on in 10 days! While Keith said he would check my house once a week cause I was out of state,,, lololol Thank God for my wonderful neighbor that checked on my house cause I asked him how much his electric bill was and he found my house all unlocked and wide open... then Keith asked me if I had given my key to anyone? Lmao I told him no, I was the only one with the key to my house other then him!!! He always likes to argue and defend the wrong people! It's strange he might want to take care of the one that is giving money to him especially when they are Right! It was a inspector he chose to have inspect my house that left my home wide open and he tells me he is a professional and does this for a living so he don't think it was him!!! But he was the last person getting the code to my house to get in!!! It could have ended alot worse then a 650 utility bill,, it could of been vandalized and I could have lost my life savings because of his negligence not going with the inspector to make sure my home is safe after everyone has went into my home, that fell on Mr. Henley negligence as a lazy realtor not doing a great job taking care of his clients home! He did agree to a 4% commission for selling my home or I would go to the realtor board on him for his negligence with my home. Could have cost me my life savings! It was a cheap learning lesson for him to learn, giving up 2% of his commission. So do I recommend him NO! Never in a million years! Becareful with this realtor, watch him like a hawk! Cover your butt, realistate is not cheap it's the biggest loan you will ever get! If there was a zero star's option for him that is what I would give him.
