KC had been my landlord for nearly seven years before it finally came time for me and my wife to buy a house. When we realized that it was time to start looking, talking with KC to be our realtor was a foregone conclusion. For many years, KC had been responsive, helpful, respectful and an all around nice person to deal with. When it came to actually buying the house, KC was helpful every step of the way. He made every step easy to understand on our end and was always able to answer questions quickly. As the purchase for closer, he got everything done so quickly and smoothly that I was sure that something was wrong because buying a house is supposed to be arduous torture, right? Hahaha! All in all, I couldn't recommend KC enough!
