KC, recommended to us by an out-of-state realtor, was able to meet us at the airport, and spent three days with us in identifying a house. He was knowledgeable in guiding us to our selection, showing us updated listings as we learned about the local market and neighborhood demographics. Following the sale he offered us leads to services we needed to remodel before moving in. His past experience as a builder was evident and useful in considering house conditions and thoughts for updating after the sale. He was always cheerful in dealing with us. We have often wished he was available in Oregon to list our property here. ZillowVERIFIEDKC Butler was wonderful! I have been investing in real estate for 30 years. I recently attempted to sell a rental property without the use of an agent. I have done this successfully in the past. In this case, I was unsuccessful and growing frustrated. Buyers had concerns about my existing renter who had 6 months left on her lease and pending increases in HOA fees. One had questions about a 1031 exchange. I was unable to address several concerns. KC had all the answers! He actually presented a more favorable option for the 1031 exchange and satisfied every request and concern.
