Being a native of Chicago and spending years jumping between New York City and Los Angeles as an actor really made me appreciate the quiet low property tax no sales tax state that Delaware is Ive spent quite a bit of time here I graduated from the University of Delaware and owned a 24 hour diner right on Main Street in Newark before I embarked on a career in entertainment so Im no stranger to the area I have to admit I love it Spending a significant amount of time in really densely populated areas where the idea of experiencing personal space was akin to witnessing an UFO landing really made me appreciate the increased quality of life that Delaware has to offer I think after seeing first hand how beautiful this state is and how close you are to all your favorite East Coast destinations youll seriously consider relocating to Delaware
