Kayleen helped my sister and I sell our parents house. She was a great help identifying what parts of the home needed updating and which would be fine. Once we got all the work finished, Kayleen held our hand through the whole listing and showing process. We received an offer right away and were in contract only a few days after the listing went live. Kayleen was great at explaining the closing process to us and keeping us posted on all the twists and turns as the buyers went through the requirements to satisfy their lender. The final closing was pretty easy, and Kayleens team answered all our questions about the closing process and what we should expect. I highly recommend Kayleen Antritt for your real estate needs.
