She assured me that a particular property would be leased to me, only to later rent it out to someone else without any notice or communication. When I reached out to her for clarification, she responded with aEURoeThis is life,aEUR? before abruptly hanging up on me. This kind of conduct reflects a serious disregard for transparency and client trust. In my opinion, Kayla failed to act in her clients best interest and demonstrated behavior that no professional should exhibit. I strongly advise anyone considering working with her to proceed with extreme caution.
