Outstanding buyers agent experience. I purchased a townhome prior to construction in Winterville, NC, and throughout the build, Kayla kept me informed with monthly photo updates (from slab to completion) with clear, timely communication. I currently reside in the Northern VA area and I couldnt be onsite for the any of the inspections or updates due to the distance. She stepped in as my eyes and ears and completed the final walk-through on my behalf, documenting a punch-list of items that the builder was required to complete before I signed, and stayed on top of multiple follow-ups until everything was addressed.
