We purchased a property that was listed by this agent. The whole experience was awful. Communication was extremely poor. We had to communicate with the actual property owner to get any documents on the property because nothing was properly listed in the MLS. The building on the property was not actually permitted through the county the way it was listed within the description. The easement to the property was not the proper easement. There was an overall lack of professionalism throughout the entire transaction. I would not recommend working with this agent.

Kaye first made it a priority to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. She made excellent choices on what houses to show us, and always advocated for us in the negotiation process. She was by our sides for all big decisions and was always willing to answer questions. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and answered all of our questions/concerns thoroughly. She referred us to the right professionals to help with other steps of the house buying process, and kept in touch with them to make sure everyone was on the same page throughout the process.
