Kay Wilson-Bolton

Welcome! I have been in full-time real estate since 1976. My real estate capabilities are broad with extensive experience along with a repeat client list that is extensive and reliable. I work early and late and have a very hands-on management style. I am first phone on every transaction and answer it when it rings. My market area is comfortably Ventura County. I am proud to have been awarded the contract to serve as broker the Public Administrator for the County of Ventura. I hold a BS degree from Cal Poly Pomona and a BA from the Master's College in Newhall. I served as Mayor of my community; named REALTOR(R) of the Year for the Ventura Association of REALTORS(R) in 1996, recipient of the SPIRIT award for 2013 and was selected as the Most Distinguished Alumnus for Cal Poly Pomona. In my volunteer life, I serve as Lead Chaplain to Ventura County Fire Department and am the volunteer director of homeless services in my community and serve as a volunteer co-mediator for the Ventura Co. Superior Court. I was honored by the California Association of Realtors being named as one of three "Champions of Home" in 2015 and again in 2024 for service to the industry and my community. Having served on many boards including over her years of community service, this also includes president of both the Ventura County Coastal and Ojai Valley Board of REALTORS and Realtor of the Year 1996.
