My wife and I requested a realtor who is well acquainted with the Rocky Mount market. She exceeded expectations. Moving to a community with which we had no knowledge, other than what we read, she was candid about sections on which we should focus. She made very thorough inspections of each property as we were not physically present. She identified flaws, and at times, excellent points a scan of the internet would not point out. She made demands to correct flaws in the negotiation phase. She treated us as if we were her only client, always punctually returning calls and checking out at least 15-18 properties for us.
