My advice to a buyer purchasing a home is to take your time. It can be very exciting when you get to showings but it's important to look at all aspects and make sure you are deciding on the right home for your needs. I love making lists of needs and wants with buyers to help them find the best fit!

When selling your home it's important to look at the bigger picture. Put yourself in the buyer's shoes and consider the temperature of the market to set realistic expectations ahead of time. I feel it is important to have a strategic plan set up before listing.

My clients consist of first time homebuyers, investors, sellers that are downsizing, sellers that are relocating and renters.

I worked with a couple that was searching for their first home but had very specific needs. We looked together for some time and ended up finding the right home! It was very rewarding for me to see their satisfaction and to know I helped them find the right fit.

I used to work in Special Education and although I found it rewarding I was looking for a career that would allow me to be more flexible. I talked to a few people that had been in this business for a long time and found that I would enjoy being able to help people and challenge myself to do something different. I bring my life experiences into this business to create an open environment for my clients to feel comfortable with me from our first conversation to long after closing day.

I have attended many classes to stay informed on inspections, market trends, I am working on my accredited buyer representation desgination and stay current with the latest regulations.
