We highly recommend Katy. She stepped in with fresh ideas, amazing advice and suggestions from the start. We were a bit discouraged from a bad experience with a previous realtor we hired and fired, but Katy was like a breath of fresh air with her vision, professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of the area and market in general. She relaunched our home listing with beautiful photos, aerial views and amazing description. She was always a phone call away, generated a lot of interest for our property from the start and was great at follow-up. She perseveres, enjoys challenges, is an amazing problem-solver, is hard working, passionate about what she does, and goes above and beyond. Katy is super-nice and a real professional. Property in a coastal region, where we purchased, is a specialty so we wanted to use an experienced agent who has been in the area for a while and knows the local score, so to speak - Katy is that person.
