Katrina Patterson

Katrina Patterson and Patty Rockwell Cooper were both born and raised in the Central Baldwin County, Alabama area. As long-term residents, their knowledge of the area helps clients navigate the real estate process. Patty has three girls and one stepson. She is married to Joel Rowlenson. Katrina has one son, Gavin, who attends Robertsdale High School. She is married to Casey Patterson, who also grew up in the Central Baldwin area. Katrina and Patty work as a mother/daughter team. When clients choose them as their agents, they have double the knowledge and experience on their side! When asked if Katrina or Patty consider practicing real estate as work, the answer is a resounding "no," adding as a mother/daughter team, they get to look at houses all day and help others with one of the most exciting changes in their lives. The pair also count themselves fortunate to spend their days together while assisting clients.
