Katie is the absolute best. I was looking for a second home in the NC Mountains and needed to make offers sight unseen. Katie truly went above and beyond (and put many miles on her car!) to go out to each property within hours of seeing the listing, to take thorough videos for me, and give honest professional opinions about the towns and properties.
