As a military family, recently thrust into civilian life in a new state we were having a hard time adjusting. We are a large family and Katie was incredibly patient and worked hard to help us find the "perfect fit". Every step of the process she was there, even when my only free time was well after normal hours. She literally walked me through every single detail of our home buying experience. We found our home in a great neighborhood, with everything we needed. I cannot recommend her enough, she goes above and beyond for her clients to make sure they are happy and taken care of.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe found the house. We asked questions. As soon as we signed the initial documents for the offer her responsiveness to questions and keeping us in the loop was best described as "ghosting." Literally went 8 days without hearing from her at all and she would not stay on top of the selling agent to get answers from the sellers. Would not recommend to anyone.
