About Me I have lived in Central MA for over 15 years and it has truly become home for me and my family. I've always enjoyed finding the potential in a home for others to remodel, redecorate and reimagine. When it's time to move, you need someone who is passionate about selling your home. You don't have to go with Katie for your buyer's agent, but you would be crazy not to. She was so quick to respond. Had no problems covering the large area we were looking at. Set up showings and gave great advice. She found properties right on target for what we wanted. When we found the house we bought, the seller's and their agent were a bit like Lucy with the football, but Katie was a pit bull making sure everything that was agreed to was done on time and took the stress right out of the process. We would highly recommend her for your agent at either side of home selling. She loves what she does, and it shows in the results.

My husband and I have been working with Katie since April 2022. We've been looking for a house for over a year, Nov 2023 we finally found a house and had an offer accepted. We tried to close on the house 6 times we were having such difficulty because of our lender. Katie took the reins and dealt with the lenders and made them get the stuff in one sock. There were four people in this deal buying and selling and she managed to keep everybody cool, calm, and collected until our lender finally finished their paperwork. Katie bent over backwards continuously for us and got us the house. Highly recommended. Great job done! Thanks Katie!!!!!!
