I have been raised around the building and selling of homes, have spent much time designing and creating beautiful homes, and now I get to do it all. I am that rare person who honestly enjoys her job. I go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. That's why I constantly research the market and property values so your home is priced effectively from day one. I choose to be both a Buyers and Sellers agent because I don't want to limit my ability to serve any one client. My favorite houses to sell would naturally be new construction (I get to be hands on in the design process--an added bonus to my clients), but I see the potential in existing and older homes as well.
