Katie just helped me sell my Cape Coral house.... went way above & beyond to get it sold. Her listing style includes drone & professional photographers to get best views of house & lot. She monitored property and kept it clean, deodorized and temps comfortable all during listing. Would highly recommend her to find or sell your property. The team put in so much hard work and effort into selling our home. We appreciated all they did for us especially for always responding promptly by text, phone calls, and emails, and they were so accommodating and helpful when repairs were needed. Nothing was ever a problem for them. We were out of state and they were hands-on whenever needed. They went above and beyond what a realtor selling a house would do. Offering to have someone at the house for service techs, checked on a pool problem that wasn't getting solved, asked the pool tech next door to give his opinion and finally had the pool diagnosed and repaired. This was all a major help since we couldn't be there in person to handle problems that popped up. I would recommend the Smith Team to everyone!

We just purchased a home in Cape Coral, Florida from The Smith Team. Robert Smith was awesome. He made every effort to make sure that we saw every home we wanted to see. He supplied us with very valuable information about the area. Katie, his daughter, was super nice and answered all my emails immediately. Thanks to Robert all of our paper work went extremely smooth especially since we live in another state and did all the closings remotely. I would definitely recommend the Smith Team.
