My time living in various cities and towns throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island has provided me with a vast knowledge of Massachusetts South Shore and Central areas as well as Providence county Rhode Island. The short version, Katie is the BEST decision you can make! The longer version, Katie was absolutely phenomenal to work with. From the start until the end, there was never any pressure to settle and she made us feel so comfortable with our decision in the end. At every showing, she showed up not to sell us a house, but to help us find a house that we would be able to call ours and be happy with that choice. She is so knowledgeable; down to the smallest details like the type of shingle that is on a roof. If we walked into a house and there was any sort of concern, she voiced it to us with estimated price points in case we were still interested, but would always also make sure we knew whether or not it would be a purchase she would be comfortable making if she were us. The small details like that is what made us so happy with her as our agent. With Katie, you are not just "another buyer" and she will never make you feel like you're just a sale to her. Truly the best experience we could have asked for and we can't thank her enough!!!
