About Katie Quinn

Born into a family with sales in her blood, Katie Quinn, straight out of high school started with a growing marketing company as a sales agent. Within a year she was promoted to company trainer and was relocated to Charleston South Carolina. Over the next three years she had successfully opened up six new offices throughout the Southeast and was considered the youngest Executive Director in the organization. Eventually missing her Maryland roots, in 2002 she moved closer to her family in Ocean City MD. That same week she was hired as a Finance & Insurance Manager in the auto industry. Over the next thirteen years she consistently produced record breaking sales numbers, advanced to the top producing stores and was considered a lead trainer in the company. The opportunity arose for her to pursue her ultimate dream career, which was real estate, and she took the chance. Landing an opportunity with a prestigious team which carries over thirty five years experience, Katie quickly earned the respect of her fellow agents as the teams top producer in 2017 & 2018. She has a fresh, innovative skill set and a drive to make every purchase or sale of a home smooth and as care free as possible. She was recommended to us by a friend who had a good purchase experience with her in Ocean City, and her daily communication on the status of things put us at ease and gave us confidence that the purchase was being properly handled. She worked closely with the selling agent and deftly negotiated a seller cash credit for minor repairs that the home inspection revealed. She also worked with the building association and the selling agent to identify details of pending association fee raises and negotiated a substantial seller credit to us to offset expected increase in fees.
