It's been a wild ride the past 10 months, but Tracy was right there every step of the way. Buying a home, selling a home, then struggling mightily to buy another home - I can't say enough about how patient, professional, and timely Tracy is. I stumbled around with a few other agents prior to finding Tracy, and I never felt like I mattered. Definitely not the vibe with Tracy. Even though I am sure I drove him completely insane some days, he never flinched! Highest recommendations for this guy! I won't be using anyone but Tracy from this point forward!

I could write an essay about what an amazing realtor Tracy Black has been to me. I started my home search as part of a relocation to a city that I had never been to before. Tracy was assigned to me through Zillow and it has truly been the biggest blessing to me during my home buying process. Tracy and I set up a virtual tour and from day one I was just blown away by how polite and charismatic he was - he paid attention to the little details during the walkthrough tour that really made me feel like I was there and after further deliberation I made an offer on the spot.Tracy worked with me in the wee hours of the night to get an offer done so that we could present it to the seller first thing in the morning. He was nothing but honest and upfront with me about tips so that I could make my offer look better than others to avoid a bidding war. I am so thankful for his knowledge and expertise because the seller accepted my offer and Tracy guided me through every additional step from the inspection to appraisal process.He was extremely diligent about following up with everyone to get things done correctly and to have them done in a timely manner. I can confidently say because of Tracy I was able to close on my home in well under 30 days in the middle of a pandemic (that is a miracle). I think that is largely due to the vast experience he has in his field and it shows in the way he assists during the home buying process. I have to say that as a first time home buyer there are so many things and moments that popped up and I would feel like so many things were going on outside of my control and it was amazing to be able to confidently lean on Tracy to say "this is normal" or "this is what you should expect next". He was consistently there for guidance and support without question anytime of day to help me and make sure that I was informed of everything going on at every step. Tracy was an absolute joy to work with - from the beginning I knew he was the absolute best option as a realtor for me. I am so thankful for his patience and his dedication during my home buying process which is why I highly recommend him to anyone! He is the kind of realtor that goes above and beyond and I am not the only one that has experienced substantial proof of his hard work ethic. Tracy's dedication to go above and beyond is reflected in the many awards that he has won for being such an amazing realtor. Tracy is the type of realtor that reaches out to you weeks after the sale just to make sure everything is okay and when I needed assistance connecting with people in the area he was there and he continues to be there. I'm just beyond thankful and would recommend him hands down to anyone that asked if I knew a realtor because with Tracy on your side you are getting so much more than a realtor - you are gaining an advocate.
