We searched for EIGHT years. We were very upfront about what we were seeking, and after being told they understood by other agents then realizing they really didnt, a friend recommended Katie to us. The moment she said to me, Youre buying a house, not a handbag! I believed she was going to be the right agent for us. Shes compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding, and overall fantastic. Her willingness to see us through each step of the way, offering her reassurance when we got nervous was just what we needed. She didnt bat an eye that we were using our VA benefit, she pointed out issues to us in houses we wouldnt have been aware of. She helped us navigate a significantly challenging market, helped us find a home well be comfortable in, and we felt through the whole process she was in it with us, right there, helping as much as she could and helping us avoid pitfalls. I KNOW if wed connected with her at the outset of our search, it never would have taken that long to find a home for us. She listened to us, and didnt waste our time sending listings that had hard stop issues for us. I really just cant say enough compliments for her or how much we appreciate her efforts on our behalf. While we plan to stay in the home we just purchased for the rest of our lives, if we ever decide to buy any other property, shell be our first call.
