ZillowVERIFIEDTerrible. Terrible. As a buyer dealing with her representing the sellers she was terrible. She failed to disclose relevant information to us the buyer on numerous occasions. Failed to follow the ethical guidelines for the escalation rider. Demanding we pay our highest bid as opposed to just above the next highest as any seasoned agent would do. She did not conduct a thorough final walkthrough with her sellers before signing. Toilets not flushed. The yard had a burn barrel full of burnt clothes and food in it. Wet rug left on the lower outside level covered in dog fecal matter. Trash hidden behind hedges. A gazebo full of damaged and broken pool toys. Broken and damaged yard ornaments scattered throughout the yard which took 2 truckloads to remove. The yard was littered with about a bucket of dog feces. Our title company withheld the funds until they addressed the numerous issues. The house itself was filthy. If this is acceptable to her when doing business then where does she draw the line. Either she is new to the business or has a total disregard for the customers and how to act in an ethical and professional manner when dealing with real estate.
