With the market flexuation and direction of where the housing market might go, Katie was phenomenal at navigating me though to understand. I dont buy a house every year, and Katie explained the differences from when I bought a house over a decade ago, to the changes now. I have this philosophy, I would never hand over my keys to an agent I didn't trust. Well, lets just say this, Katie received a key and ALL the codes. She walked me through every process, all the expectations, as well as took the time to explain things, slow things down for me to make appropriate decisions. Right now when buying a house, I felt like I was making life changing decisions in 3 min, let alone 3 weeks. She took time out of her day for me EVERY time I called. She explained the confusing portions to me in laymen's terms, she also went above and beyond my expectations of being my realtor. Just ONE example of many, Katie did her research to protect me from hiring a moving company that would have been an expensive mistake. She saved me from that nightmare. She was honest with how we need to stage my house for sale, she had 5 days to sell my house, and did it in 5 hours. I staged the house exactly like Katie recommended, and she sold it! She emphasized the important factors of the house, and also told me what to spend money on and where to save. She was right. She was professional, knowledgeable, and honest with everything, even if it was a reality check on my end. I would highly recommend Katie to everyone I know looking to buy or sell.
