She is not only highly skilled, she is kind, passionate, informed, and works incredibly hard to support her clients. We had a very challenging situation with my aging mother who needed to sell her house but was struggling with memory loss. We also had a complex tenant situation and sale in general. She navigated every twist and turn with skill, ease, and joy. She went out of her way to get to know us, understand our needs, and stuck by our side at every hurdle. Buying a home from another city requires excellent and efficient communication and a buyers agent who not only works well with the seller but also knows the right people to enlist for the inspection and subsequent repairs. Katie is that agent. Every text and every call was returned promptly, she gave us a list of people to contact after the inspection, and continued to help us after the sake was complete in getting the house ready to rent. We knew we could contact her with any question and she would have or find the right answer. Katie works hard for your business and satisfaction. You really cannot go wrong in hiring her to help you buy or sell your home.
